When I was looking for a doctor after my horrible experience with Dr. Mueller I saw this doctors ratings and was not going to initially go to her. I am SOO GLAD I did. I felt under pressure to find a doctor as I couldn't find 1 for 6weeks! So I was 15 weeks pregnant when I came to Dr. Singh! She took charge and has been beyond thorough with everything I ask about and even when I don't ask. Idk who came to her and decided to leave all the bad reviews but this is my second pregnancy. My first was with another medical group and I initially thought they were good until I began with this doctor and saw how much information she was giving but also the questions she was asking about my first pregnancy. I realized the first doctor never gave me post op paperwork. That paperwork was important as this doctor needed to review that info for this pregnancy (I had a c section for my first pregnancy). Oh! And to top it off my first doctor does not even work for that group so I could never obtain the paperwork then found out it was because she never did a report! Just madness! So needless to say I learned soo much from this doctor and feel confident going into my next pregnancies but I will absolutely keep Dr. Singh as my doctor! She and her staff are amazing!!! I love them and their care for each other and the clients they service!
Thank you Dr Singh and staff! You're BEYOND APPRECIATED!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

My experience with Dr Singh was so disappointing. I could write a novel of all the things that contributed to my negative feeling of her and her office. Her bedside manner, or lack there of, her spending only minutes with me at every appointment, her lack of interest in my questions, or failure to go over my labs or anything else. The list goes on and on really. She truly is an awful dr and should just retire. Please take my advice, look elsewhere. She made this happy experience really negative. Don't ignore the negative reviews. Everything that people said is a hundred percent true.

I had a really bad experience with Deepjyot Singh doctor. I was pregnant and I went for my 12 weeks appointment. As a first time mother I wasn't aware of many things. In the appointment, she made me hear maternal heartbeats and said everything is fine. After 2 days I went for main ultrasound in some other hospital and they told me that fetus don't have heart beats and it stopped somewhere around 8 weeks. Any OBGYN in the world would know the difference between maternal and fetus heartbeats that's what my second doctor told me.
When we got to know about the miscarriage, we called her for an emergency appointment and she was not even ready to see me. After I convincing her, she saw me for 2-3 mins and was smiling while talking like she doesn't care if I had miscarriage. And sent me huge bill for that emergency appointment. No humanity.
She is always in hurry in the appointments. She says yes to everything. Repeats the same old stinky dialogue. She would never ever explain you things. I would NOT recommend her to anyone, specially if you are first time mother.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Natalia Z.Carson, United States20228 Apr 2019
I have been going to Dr. Singh since I was in high school (almost 20 years). Recently I have had an awful experience with her and her staff, so much so that I chose to find a new doctor. I had been having pain on my left side and I booked my annual pap, and I requested for my appointment to be with Dr. Singh. I expressed my concerns with my pain, and my lack of getting pregnant for a year now. She rushed the appointment, but did give me a referral for an ultrasound.
I had my ultrasound and called to make an appointment with her to review my results, she basically told me that I could have Adenomyosis but said the only way to know was for an MRI to be completed. I said okay I would like that and she responded with, "what do you need that for?" I was shocked.... obviously I wanted it to make sure everything is okay and to explain the terrible pain I have been having.
She began to rush through our appointment within 5mins, she then started walking out of the office, and just told me to relax nothing is wrong. I felt uneasy after that appointment so I decided to schedule a second opinion with another doctor and boy what a difference my experience has been.
I now know after an MRI and further testing that my pain was not crazy but I have a massive Fibroid inside of my uterus and one on the outside which would have continued to grow if I just took her advice that everything is fine and to just relax. I am now scheduled for surgery for this to be removed in the upcoming weeks.
I am sad to see that her bedside manner, relaxed approach, and lack of care and concern for her patients is occurring so often, as this was not the case 10-12 years ago!Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Glory P.Torrance, United States61314 Dec 2021
If your looking for an Obgyn I highly recommend Dr.singh. She handled my both my pregnancies. She wasn't able to deliver my firstborn however she was able to deliver my second and I appreciate her staff for their support throughout my pregnancy.

I was debating between 4 and 5 stars. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly, the nurse assistant/practitioner (I can't remember her exact title whoops) who saw me was so kind and gentle and very clear in explaining everything, I'm so happy to have a positive experience when coming in for my first pap smear. My only issue was the really long wait. They were apologetic and everything was smooth once I was seen, but I wasn't the only one who had to wait a while, so definitely allot a good amount of time for your appointment. However, I didn't feel rushed, or as if she was brushing past me, and I was able to schedule an appointment on my first call for a week later (granted I didn't schedule to see Dr. Singh). Overall, very happy.

My daughter has early stages of PCOS. Our first appointment with Dr. Singh lasted 15 minutes more than a year ago. Our second visit was with an incompetent NP who forgot to take my daughters BP and called me after the fact asking me if I would return. They are not addressing her PCOS and have not seen my daughter in over a year. They just keep giving her birth control pills. I have called to arrange an appointment to be told that the calls are be routed to the answering service because the office is short staffed. I will be looking for a new doctor.

She has always been kind helpful and fully attentive to my needs. I have been seeing her for years and will continue to do so. I have met with Dr. Singh A's well as her nurse practitioner and both have been very professional answered all my questions and took their time with me.

Dr. Singh is wonderful but there are definitely things her office need to work on. Details below.
*Dr. Singh: 5 Stars
*Office Staff: 5 Stars in Person, 2 Stars on the phone - in person, the staff is so sweet, helpful and personable but on the phone, you feel like you are a waste of their time with no sense of urgency or care to your needs.
*Accessibility/Reachibility: 2 Stars - hours are unusual (late morning start with long lunch & short Fridays). ((I wish I had that work schedule))!
I literally tried calling 38 times within a 30 min span and could not get through. I was once told they have 4 phone lines but if each line is busy, you will get an automated voice message saying the office is closed. There is no way to leave a message for the office. I highly doubt 4 phones were busy for half an hour and none of my 38 calls could get through. I suggest an answering machine that the staff can call patients back, more phone lines, or hire more staff.
*Innovation: 2 Stars - I have been a patient for both my pregnancies. When I came back for my 2nd pregnancy, I had to refill out ALL the forms as if I were a new patient because they threw away my file because it had been 2 years. Maybe invest in an electronic system to bring us into the 21st century! The fact that any medical office still depends on paper charts only is insane to me.
Obviously I have some 'feelings' on how things are run here but I did come back to Dr. Singh for my 2nd pregnancy. There is a lot to be said about a good Dr.!Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Zoe011 K.Minneapolis, United States40830 Dec 2019
