Beautiful hotel! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Great location- right by many restaurants, cafes and bars. Our room is beautiful. I would stay here again for sure!

We stayed for 1 night at this hotel during the fashion week. I didn't expect anywhere in the world, last place Paris , to have such a disappointing, ugly experience as at this hotel. Staring from spoiled food, moldy smell at the bathroom and finishing with not friendly stuff.
Thank you to this hotel our anniversary in Paris was completely ruined.
If you want to have a nice experience in Paris, I don't recommend anybody choosing this placeHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jess T.San Francisco, United States802129 Oct 2022
Stayed here with my husband, who had some work events at the hotel. Friendly staff, good food, nice room. Central to many tourist destinations.

We have had the pleasure of staying at many high end hotels in Paris, and this would receive five stars if it were a 3-star hotel, but as a 5-star rated hotel it's lacking the wow-factors.
The lobby is beautifully designed and magazine ready. The rooms, however, are sterile and leaves so much more for the wanting. We were greeted with refreshments, a personalized card, and two stuffed animals for our little ladies, so that was a nice touch.
The room has two hinged windows that open to a balcony that can comfortably seat 4 people. You can overlook the streets and if you stare off to the right, you'll catch the top of the Eiffel Tower. There must be a club nearby because a few of the nights we could hear the party crowds filling the streets. We didn't mind the noise or the people watching. The hotel was super close to Champs-Elysees.
The breakfast was not the best, but it served it's purpose. This hotel is nice, it just doesn't warrant amount it costs to stay here.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - stephan u.Hamburg, Germany1547825723 Jan 2008
First: If you travel on a normal budget, you will probably not stay at this hotel. I had the privilege of a friend of a friend sorting things, so: It I am writing this in a wonderfully quit and well designed hotel room 2 minutes from Champs-Elysess. The interior design is very well done, staff have been extremely friendly so far. There is a fitness room including sauna, steam bath, in the basement which I have had not time to visit. The first hotel for me to have a TV set from Bang & Olufsen. It took me 5 minutes to learn all the different ways you can rearrange the lighting in the room.
And the basics are right: I can open a two winged window that leads to a nice and quiet backyard. No forced air condition.
But the advice on the restaurant from a friench reviewer was correct: It is overpriced even by Paris standards, as far as I can tell.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sub F.Ardsley, United States0464 Apr 2015
Room entered and ROBBED.
My room in this hotel was robbed yesterday. Definitely an inside job, pro stuff. I was out of the room for about 8hrs, on business as part of a group. Someone knew our schedule, entered/exited via the balcony (door was open on my return), thereby avoiding hotel's digital lock data history. Went through my computer bag, found cash stowed in a plastic bag inside a zippered compartment, stole it. So far the hotel's response has been typical, "investigating" but positioning to take no responsibility. Caveat emptor, there are professional hotel thieves operating in this hotel, at least at the moment....Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Susan K.Dana Point, United States03118 Jul 2013
This is a great boutique hotel, well located just around the corner from the George V. off the Champs Elysees. Spent a week here with my daughter. The rooms are cute and comfy and the beds are great (always my top priority). The hotel feels new and modern and the public areas (lounge, library area and restaurant and patio) are nice. We never had dinner here but had the breakfast (included in our rate) and room service and had some appetizers in the lounge one night. The food was all good and so was the service. The "gym" is really not much - a bike, treadmill and small universal though they have a steam and dry sauna too. That was more than other boutique hotels we considered but we didn't end up using it.
We had an issue with a ceiling leak due to the air conditioner. After an attempt to fix it that didn't solve the problem, the hotel had us switch rooms. This was an inconvenience but they sent someone to help with luggage and the next day sent us champagne, fruit and a bunch of goodies with a note to apologize so they were very attentive and really want to make customers happy.
The concierge service was exceptional. We were able to buy Versailles tickets at the desk as well as book taxis and dinner reservations. We were not the easiest customers as we had several changes to our reservations but they were always helpful, gracious and very sweet. I'd highly recommend Hotel de Sers and stay again on a future trip.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
