Hair Dresser on Fire

I was referred to Daniel by Jenny who works at Rumble Fish a couple of doors down. Her hair color was beautiful so I decided to give him a try. I'm so glad I did!!!

On Tuesday I walked in and made an appointment with Daniel. I told him I was interested in doing an ombré. He suggested to go a little darker on the top. I agreed as my hair was a complete mess as it was in that in between stage. He made an appointment for Friday at 5 but I noticed that the salon closes at 6. He informed that he would stay open later :) Before I walked out the store he gave me a quote on how much it would cost my hair. I was so happy he informed me of the cost ahead of time. Normally I have to ask what the estimated cost would be.

I got my hair done by Daniel today and I must say he is AMAZING!! He is my dream hairstylist. My ombré looks fantastic!!! The color is beautiful. I am a happy customer :) He trimmed my hair and it looks so healthy. I usually get nervous when I ask for a trim because it usually gets chopped two inches but he trimmed my hair perfect!

Daniel is very easy to talk to and he listens to what you want and what you expect your hair to be.

I also would like to add that I was there in record time!! I was there for only 1 1/2 hour. For the detailed work that he did on my ombré it would normally take about three hours to finish. He is that damn good!

One more thing! I paid less then he quoted me. My hair did not need a toner after all so he subtracted that from the original quote. He is really honest and he is not like other stylist who will try to make money off of you! Daniel is a true gem!! Thank you Jenny for recommending him!

Hello Everyone, First off I found Daniel on Craig's List! YES Craig's list and I am so glad I did! I moved to Ontario and really wanted to find a stylist close to my new home. I made my appointment for Saturday at 10am, I am writting this yelp on Monday, after doing hair myself.
The directions were VERY Easy to get to. The Shopping center looks brand new and right across the street from Montclair Plaza. Lots of parking.
The Salon was VERY Clean, up to date and beautiful! High Class Salon! Very welcoming and friendly right when I walked in!
Front area had a TV and my daughter and I were offered a beverage. My appointment was at 10am and Daniel was ready to go.
Daniel listened to the type of person I am and my capabilities to doing my hair on my own. I also MUST admit, I haven't had my haircut since October of last year. So everything was grown out! However, He wasnt trying to make a buck off me or over process my hair. He can do everything, Great Color, Highlights, extensions, Just ask him. he really took his time and even explained how to blow dry my hair . Even when he placed me under a dyer, he came to check on me and again offered me a beverage.
I am so happy with the cut and few color pieces he did. I received many compliments at a party I went to that afternoon.
He also gave my 6 year old daughter a trim with Bangs and she walked out feeling like a star! He was sooo SWEET to her! Even the other stylist were very friendly and professional.
I cant wait to see Daniel again and refer him to my friends!!
