SweatyBetty.... what a great name! This boutique is in trendy Richmond and within walking distance of the river with its cafes and bars.


The shop sells exercise gear for the active woman. Sweat AND look good!! Stock includes beachwear, yoga accessories, run wear, snow accessories, underwear, bags, books, DVD's, sweat assessories.


You can also buy Addidas - by Stella McCarthy - her designer range for running, winter wear and gym wear. Prices are reasonable.


The clothes are fashionable as well as functional, which isn't always achievable in my book. The reason is probably because they work with gym and yoga instructors, who act as their brand ambassadors and who 'test drive' their clothes.


This shop is clean and colourful and staff are friendly and on hand to help with sizes.


And even if you don't end up using the clothes for exercise......at least you will feel 'fit' wearing them!

Sweaty Betty is one of my favourite shops for yoga bottoms and swim suits. Their xs leggings are long! Long enough for my 32in inseam, which is a hard find. One star left behind due to occasional overpricing and lack of cozy, slouchy yoga pullovers (a necessity for me) which you can find at Lulu Lemon and most athletic stores.
