BauerHite Orthodontic Specialists

According to all the other reviews I've read this seems like a really nice place to go...however, I will never have a chance to meet the dentists that work there because of their staff. I called to make an initial consultation for my kids and had to leave a message with my information. I waited a couple hours without hearing back from them and decided to call again. I finally got to speak to a woman that said she did receive my message, but they were busy TRAINING and would have the "scheduling person" call me back. It has been 3 days, and have yet to receive a phone call back from them. I hope the owners of this company has a chance to read this, and revisit with their staff the importance of potential new clients. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
