Was told that I would be getting a free consultation. Needless to say I left paying $126....
Would not recommend.

I have never been so comfortable at a dentist appointment!!! Dr. English is kind and caring, the entire staff were amazing

My husband and I were looking for a dentist closer to our home so after finding great reviews for Dr. English & Team at Smile For Life I made new patient appointments for both of us. There was a several month wait to get in but let me tell you, it was worth it! I have super high anxiety when it comes to the dentist but I was assured by Denise at check in that I was in good hands and she was so right! My hygienist Ashley was super sweet and just a ball of energy and did I mention she has perfect teeth?! She explained everything in detail and was very meticulous about her work and making sure I was comfortable. Although I didn't spend much time with Dr. English other than to confirm Ashley's recommended treatment plan, he seemed very personable. After my appointment in the morning I shared with my husband, who had his appointment later the same afternoon, what an awesome experience I had and that we definitely found the right place for us. I highly recommend Smile For Life Dentistry.

Shady business practices. Went in for sealants for my daughter. They wanted me to pay $161 for ones not covered by insurance. I told them my insurance pays for all sealants on children. They claimed it did not cover all teeth. I asked them if they have verified that with the company. They said they did but I don't think that was accurate. I asked them if they could wait to see because I'm sure that insurance would pay for them all. Then it became awkward as they kind of refused to let me leave without payment, not believing me that insurance was going to pay or that I would pay if they did not. I then asked what happens when insurance pays for it, again they said if insurance does pay then we will send you a refund. Low and behold insurance paid out less than two weeks later. No check ever arrived. When I eventually called they said I never requested a refund. Now that I have it will take another three weeks to issue. Shady shady shady. I realize dentist always do try shady things to get paid but this one really takes the cake. They made no attempt to apologize, no attempt to call about the credit. They were just going to keep if for future services. Even when I was sure the insurance was going to pay they did not believe me, did not trust me. Did not make a note in account to follow up with me. They were just going to keep the money I assured them was not needed in the first place. It was just a unnecessary interaction because they chose not to contact insurance company prior and chose not to believe the customer and chose not to trust the customer to send payment if it was indeed required. Why should I trust a dentist that don't trust me? Why should you trust a dentist that does not trust their customers?

I have never liked going to the Dentist until I started going to Smile For Life. The Staff is amazing everyone has a smiles with great energy. I have to say Ashley is amazing! I like going just to hang with her. My daughter loves going too. They make the painful visit not so scary for the kids. The best part....they allow you to stay with your kids the whole time.

This place so amazing. The hygienist, receptionist, and doctor were amazingly friendly! They made me feel comfortable, checked my insurance every step of the way, and everything was SO NICE! Office is very updated and exceptionally clean!

This practice does it as well or better than any dental office we have ever patronized. And that is a lot. They are exceptional at respecting your time, money and dental needs. I am sorry for those who settle for less.

I have been visiting Smile For Life for 8yrs and am always impressed. I moved from the area 5yrs ago and still make the trek from out of state. Everyone is so kind, so professional, and it is a very warm and comforting environment. I would and do recommend them for all your dental needs!

Dr. English and his staff are professional, courteous and empathetic. Not only did they get my husband in as a same-day emergency patient, they treated him (a dental-phobe) with kid gloves making him feel more comfortable. His dental situation has resulted in numerous visits and the staff continues to work with the same standards we experienced on that first visit.

For the first time, my DH feels comfortable going to a dental appointment. That is a HUGE change for him!

I have been going here for several years now. Dr English and his entire staff are very friendly and professional. They will take the time to explain things and answer questions. Their fees are very reasonable and they seem to be able to always give me appointment times I am looking for. I would definitely recommend them
